I hold a current Real Estate Agents Licence REAA 2008, having over 20 years experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
I started my real estate career in Sydney, initially based in Rose Bay, then Double Bay, & then moving to the CBD sucessfully building relationships and becoming a well known licensee-in-charge for multi national companies.
I relocated back to NZ in late 2005 and had been working in commercial real estate, predominantly in commercial leasing of offices and retail in Auckland CBD. I have been involved in several sales of both standalone buildings & commercial strata suites, and, have a wealth of real estate expertise across sales, property management, project management and leasing.
I'm now totally focusing on residential sales within the Titirangi, Waitakere, Auckland area building strong ties and relationships within my local community.
